Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and do our best to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy.

Below are our refund guidelines:

  1. Unused products: Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

  2. Damaged or defective products: If the product is damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund or replacement.

  3. Wrong product delivered: If the wrong product has been delivered, please contact us immediately and we will deliver the correct product as soon as possible. If you don't want to keep the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  4. Shipping costs: Returns are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or defective.

  5. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been used unless the product is faulty. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is not in its original condition.
